Facilities are available to individuals college age and above (usually 17+). Children are not permitted in any of our studios. The City of Eugene, Willamalane Parks, and Maude Kerns Art Center offer a variety of children's programs.Thank you.

Mail-in registrations are processed in the order they are received beginning at 10:00 am, on the first day of registration.

Register and pay for workshops or purchase a studio pass online. And if your favorite workshop is full, you will automatically be put on the waiting list.We accept Visa and MasterCard only for online payments.Here’s how it works: After you create a Craft Center account, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account. Once your account has been activated, you are ready to register.Click on section workshops to register for individual workshops, or pass/locker section to just purchase a studio pass.Online registration becomes available at 10:00 am on the first day of registration.If you have registered for a workshop in person at the Craft Center, your information may already be in our database. To check, do the following: 1. Click “log in” 2. Click "forgot your username or password" 3. Enter your email addressIf message states address not found, you are not in our database and you must create a Craft Center account.If message states your username and password have been sent to the email you provided, then you will receive an email message with your username and a password.After you receive this information, do the following: 1. Click “log in” on the home page to access your account 2. Enter the username and password from the email 3. Click “log in” 4. Click “account” on the home page 5. refund policy
if you withdraw from a workshopWorkshop cancellations must be requested 4 days, or 96 hours prior to the first workshop session for a full refund. Any cancellations after that are non-refundable.The studio pass fee associated with a workshop is non-refundable. Community Members: if the workshop you cancel requires a studio pass, you must turn in your pass to get your workshop fee and pass fee refunded. If you choose to drop a class, you will not be able to retain your studio privileges unless you remain registered for a class worth $30 or more.if the craft center cancels a workshopThe workshop fee will be fully refunded. For those workshops requiring a studio pass, you have the option of retaining your pass or having the fee refunded, however, you must turn in your studio pass in order to get your pass fee refunded.
$10 specials and Raku Firing classes are non-refundable.

You may cancel a workshop in person, by phone: 346-0602 (to leave a message), or by "talkback" email from the web-site.The Craft Center may cancel a workshop with insufficient enrollment. You will be notified if a cancellation occurs.
