Drawing the human figure is perhaps the best exercise one can do to improve their drawing abilities. Pencil and charcoal will be used while covering anatomy, proportion, lighting, and how to see and simplify the human form. Life models will be used at every session. All levels welcome.

Self-Realization through the Self-Portrait. In this class students will examine themselves through drawing and painting a self-portrait. We will explore color, light and shade, and negative space as ways to create mood and self-expression. This will be a challenging and fun class. We will also examine how past Masters used self-portraiture to reflect and express themselves. Fee includes some materials.
