Located in the EMU, the Craft Center has studio spaces for darkroom photography, woodworking, glassworking, paper arts, printmaking, fiber arts, jewelry and metalsmithing, painting and drawing, and ceramics. Each of these studios comes equipped with professional quality materials and tools for members to craft with. If you're unfamiliar with a studio space or certain tools, just ask one of our staff for a tour. Craft Center workshops are also a great way to get to know the space before using it solo. Our facilities are not meant for mass production or creating products for resale, instead we give our members the freedom to experiment with their crafts, collaborate, and explore new artistic possibilities.
The Craft Center is will open to UO alumni and community members in summer 2022. For more information on how to access the Craft Center this summer, please visit our FAQ page.
